FEC Cambodia was founded by Sokheng Lim and her Husband Kol Korn and together with an Australian sponsor and only 10 students they started what was originally named Family English Class. 10 excited students began their night time studies after they attended Khmer public school through the day. The class was held each night under the veranda of her parents family home which was adapted each night into a classroom.
